I don’t know where to start. On the 21st April we saw the Queen’s 90th birthday celebrations it was too late for the May issue but there are some pictures from the evening on page 6. George Crouch was asked to light the beacon and he proudly did the honours. The event organised by Arlesey Community Events Group went well and they are organising more events throughout the year such as The Party in the Park in June plus the Summer Fête in September. More info on page 6 too. There are also lots of other events in June such as the Chase House Summer Fête (4th), ARA Tea Party at Gothic House (11th), The Duck Race (26th) and a Candlelit Vigil Remembering The Somme at Arlesey War Memorial (30th) all details on pages inside.
