Open Church Project
For the past year or so we have been preparing the Church to be opened
every day of the week. This preparation comes to completion on Sunday
24th April when the Bishop of St Albans will be preaching and leading the
Parish Communion at St Peter’s. Everyone is welcome to attend.
From Sunday 24th April the Church will be open daily from about 9am until
about 5pm (subject to volunteers being available to lock and unlock). Please
feel free to come inside to say a prayer, enjoy the peace and quiet or absorb
the history and architecture.
We are looking for volunteers to help with the rota for unlocking and locking
the Church every day. If this is something you would like to help with please
get in touch with me.

We are shocked at how quickly Easter has come round! We look forward to
the new Summer term, just a reminder that we are starting back from Tuesday
11th April. Hopefully 2016 will yield a beautiful summer in which the children
can fully utilise our wonderful outside space and allow us to hold events, such
as our Sports Day, out in the fresh air. We are super pleased to announce
that we have had a new staff member join our team, we welcome Lisa and
hope that she enjoys her new role - the children love her already! We are
busier than ever but we still welcome anyone who is interested in sessions,
we will always do our best to fit you in wherever possible.
