Arlesey Pre-School
We are in a friendly and welcoming setting, OFSTED registered, catering for
young children from two years old, up to the time that they have to enter the
mainstream education system.
Our term time session times are 9.10am to 12.10pm and 12.15pm to
15.15pm Monday to Friday, children attending a morning session are able
to stay for lunch at a cost of £3 (lunch is not included).
We also operate a breakfast club which starts at 8am and cost £3.50 for
the first child and £2.50 for subsequent siblings. Both breakfast and lunch
club are available on an as required basis.
We also accept two year olds where, subject to meeting the appropriate
criteria, funding may be available from Central Bedfordshire Council.
We have recently invested in refurbishing the playground for the children
to enjoy during the warmer weather, and our equipment/toys are frequently
being replenished.
Our well trained, experienced staff would very much like to take the
opportunity for parents looking for placements in our setting to come and
look around at any time to discuss the advantages of leaving your child with
us. Our setting is located in the WI Hall, on Arlesey High Street.

Twin Acres New Application
The controversial Gypsy and traveller site in Arlesey has now sent in an
application for an extra caravan. The site was narrowly granted permission
for 5 caravans earlier this year at a planning meeting at CBC headquarters
in Chicksands. The vote was tied and the Chairman cast a deciding vote in
favour of the application.
