Ongoing practice Students generally wanted to have 1:1 sessions termly for the remainder of the academic year. Termly group and 1:1 sessions should be scheduled as a minimum expectation. Students are largely content with a minimum total of 1.5 hours engagement time throughout one academic year. However, this should be supplemented by other opportunities of academic support, including contact that is not face to face. Students suggested abolishing language of 'entitlements/allowances' rebranding as 'engagement opportunities'. Students feel sessions should be formal H[Y]X
