Training Overview

The training programme not only
equips Associates with a wide range
of knowledge and skills, it is also a
very valuable opportunity for them to
network with movers-and-shakers in
and around the social enterprise space.
The curriculum is designed to provide Associates
with a platform that enables them to get up
to speed with the range of areas identifies as
necessary to be effective in the social enterprise
space. While getting up to speed with the basic
principles, they also develop the ability to ‘ask the
right questions’ and, importantly know where to
go to find out more by virtue of building a powerful
network.
A typical Friday afternoon allows the Associates
to benefit from both: an external trainer leading a
session on their particular area of expertise, and;
internal peer-led learning. The topics covered fall
in to four themes, described opposite.
