Our New Fellows

On Purpose is about change. We
believe that business can be a driving
force for social and environmental
good, and that the next generation
of leaders must be able to speak the
language of both the commercial and
social sectors to help tackle the most
pressing problems of the future.
On Purpose is a one-year leadership
development programme for professionals
wanting to transition in to social enterprise. We
challenge our Associates to become the next
generation of social enterprise leaders. Each of
our Associates works in two innovative socially
or environmentally motivated organisations
and takes part in personal and professional
development through weekly training, mentoring
and coaching with industry leaders. We provide
our Associates with the space to learn, develop,
experiment, and above all, to change.
I am proud to introduce our April 2013 cohort, who
complete their programme and become Fellows
in March 2014. I have greatly enjoyed our time
together, and know that the end of their time at On
Purpose marks the beginning of the achievements
and the impact they will go on to have in the social
enterprise space.
