My On Purpose experience has been an incredible opportunity to mix
the best of my commercial background and experience of slick corporate
systems with inspiring social enterprise and sustainable business models.
From starting up an international start-up to developing strategies to
help established NGOs improve and sustain their impact, I have learned
an incredible amount of new skills and approaches to challenges. I am
committed to the fusion of business with social and environmental values
and enjoy taking ideas from design to delivery. I look forward to scaling
this sector with equally passionate and motivated people.

“Caroline joined the team at a crucial stage: the
transition from design project to global field trials.
She established the independent trial partner base,
in parallel she played a key role in the formative
stages of the business strategy and managed
third party liaison with potential investors and
commercial prospects. It was essential for the
development team to have general management
support and Caroline embraced many facets of the

determination to make things happen.”
