Meet The Cohort
We’re a diverse cohort. We’ve come
from a wide range of backgrounds,
often have differing opinions but are
all driven by a deep desire to help solve
big social and environmental issues.
Whilst our individual journeys to On Purpose may
have been different, we’ve come to understand
the similarities that shape our values and the
lenses through which we focus our actions. We’re
passionate about social enterprise and believe
that, as the space grows, we can contribute to
developing solutions to tackle intractable problems.
It’s been enormously rewarding to be part of a
community who are always keen for an in-depth
and candid discussion and who never fail to bring
something insightful to the table. We are positive
that each one of us will look back on the last 12
months as a period of invaluable personal and
professional development.
Above all, On Purpose has been about growth. It
has been an incredible privilege to work with our
placements, where we’ve learned a great deal
while being supported by mentors and coaches
who have challenged our thinking and helped
us see around the corners. Friday trainings
have been a particular highlight and through
the exceptional individuals who have led them,
combined with the discussion they’ve stimulated
among our cohort, we’ve come to appreciate that
there is never a single solution to a problem.
We’re excited about the future and look forward
to finding our own niche and spreading the impact
that On Purpose has had on each of us. We hope
you enjoy reading through our profiles and if you
