Tcherlindra White was born in Big Springs TX where her parents met in the Air Force. She grew up traveling all through her school age life from state to state and country to country. When she graduated from Bitburg American High School she pursued her career in the Air Force. After the Air Force she found her passion in music. Knowing she wasn't a singer she wanted to have a impact in people's lives. Her boyfriend at the time in Phoenix AZ was a DJ. She started booking him at venues and realized that she had a talent for securing events. Tcherlindra then stepped into the light and reached out to the artists that she seen had a very good potential in growing in the industry. She knew at that point her calling was to manage artists.
She has been able to grow her portfolio of artists since then. Currently she is working with Men at Large who Gerald Levert found in the mid 90's, DeShawn Washington from Natchitoches, LA who appeared on The Voice, Sean Washington who was just found by a former member of Public Announcement Fel Davis who is a A&R with Illustra Records, Ed Huffman Jr whose father was legendary Ed Huffman Sr from the gospel group The Soul Stirrers and rapper CJG from Bunkie LA. If anyone runs across Tcherlindra or best known as Lady T in the industry, they will tell you that she is a hard working and a original type of lady. She loves her artists as if they were her own kids.
