Little was the lead chiropractor in a provincially funded project that enhanced collaboration between MDs and chiropractors . The success of this program created an open dialogue between Dr . Little and other health professionals to discuss the benefits of chiropractic and has also led to the use of a referral-based platform in the community .

Dr . Sapna Sriram ( CMCC , 2007 ) is an enthusiastic and innovative promoter of the profession . Since 2010 , she has been interviewed over 30 times in media outlets including CityNews , Global News , Sirius radio , Canada AM , CP24 , Rogers Daytime Toronto , and many more . She is also a brand ambassador for New Balance shoes . She is a frequent media spokesperson for the OCA , and is constantly working to bring chiropractic awareness to new venues . Her commitment to community work has also included volunteer work at the Pan Am Games and the Toronto Humane Society .
Along with serving as a mentor in the OCA Mentorship Program , Dr . Sriram also mentors physiotherapists , registered massage therapists , and medical doctors . After completing her MBA from the Schulich School of Business , Dr . Sriram used her expertise to build a social media following of 25,000 . Dr . Sriram is constantly working with media and health influencers to educate her community on the value of collaborating with chiropractors , making her a go-to source for health advice . Dr . Sriram demonstrates that chiropractors have the ability to impact their community and be change agents not just for their personal career growth but for the profession as a whole .
