discover their identity in Christ with
Scripture. One woman who completed
training said, “My life is filled with con-
fidence in knowing who I am in Christ
and how to share my testimony and the
Gospel with others.” Now, she is training
others in her community, multiplying her
faith.
Since 2012, ECC has been in a joint
venture with Project WorldReach to develop,
translate, publish, and distribute materials for
church multiplication. Known as Train & Multiply,
this methodology is strategic for multiplying dis-
ciples, leaders, and churches. Our team focuses
on standardized training so that materials can
be translated and utilized in many languages.
Having training materials in the heart language
of a leader or church planter definitely accel-
erates our impact in ministry. Our challenge is
having enough capacity to meet these growing
demands.
The ministry impact has grown over the past
10 years from seeing decisions for Christ measured
in tens of thousands to now seeing multiplication
movements yielding hundreds of thousands of
new believers. Our responsibility is to plant
Gospel seeds, make disciples, develop
leaders, and watch the Lord provide the
increase. Our greatest impact, though,
happens through the men and women
who take the time to answer God’s call on
their lives and to seek to multiply their faith
