Common Ground

When you think of common denominators, does your mind go to mathematics? Common denominators can also be represented in the world of missions and politics. In politics, for example, the Bush family has a background in the political arena with George H. W. Bush, George W. Bush, and Jeb Bush all holding top positions in government.
In the world of missions, the One Mission Society family is no stranger to common denominators either. Among the missionary kids, the link that ties some together, such as Suzannah( Brabon) Jording, Melissa Brabon, and Ted Chandler, is that they are third-generation missionaries. Even more familiar are the MKs who fall into the category of second-generation missionaries. Tom Sparrow, Allison Fletcher, Pam Duhrkoop, and Jonathan Long are just a handful of OMS personnel whose parents also serve or have served the Lord in missions. These faithful folks see the benefits of following in their grandparents’ and parents’ footsteps. More importantly, the MKs have taken Proverbs 16:9 seriously,“ The heart of a
