Paul and Sylvia served in Spain as missionaries with OMS for 31 years. Their multifaceted
ministry included evangelism, discipleship, and teaching English. Currently, Paul and Sylvia
serve as the regional ministry representatives for Arkansas.

John and Lisa Hamilton – Uruguay
John and Lisa are the OMS team leaders for Uruguay. After serving 10 years in various
pastoral and team roles in Bogotá and Medellín, Colombia, John and Lisa moved to
Montevideo, Uruguay, in early 2003. The OMS team in Uruguay currently works in partnership with Christ Church, an international, interdenominational church in Carrasco, an
eastern suburb of Montevideo.

Clarissa Hunter – Hungary
Clarissa will serve with OMS as a communications and ministry coordinator with the
OMS team in Budapest, Hungary. She will handle the written communications for the
field, assist in planning ministry events like summer English camp, and partner with a
local church to impact the lives of Roma people in Budapest.

Kris and Sarah Kappler – South Africa
Kris and Sarah served in South Korea and Central Asia for 4 and 11 years respectively. The Kapplers began their assignment in Africa in April 2015. They oversee OMS’
church-planting ministry throughout Africa and provide leadership for OMS missionaries
in Mozambique and Kenya. Kris works with seven area supervisors who are responsible
for training and directing church planters.

Benjamin Taber – Videography
Ben currently serves as a videographer and AV manager for OMS at the World Headquarters
in Greenwood, Indiana. He travels domestically and internationally to create compelling
video content in support of the ministries of OMS. He also oversees and manages the
audiovisual team and ongoing AV projects.
