The community development worker will serve in either the Agape Bici bike shop to spiritually engage the refugee and local communities or in the community garden to spiritually engage the immigrant and Italian communities . The primary roles include evangelism and discipleship leading toward church planting and working either in the community garden or in the Agape Bici facility .
DISCIPLE-MAKING SPECIALIST Various Countries
OMS has a vision for making disciples who then make disciples . The disciple-making specialist is an entry-level position that will model and facilitate discipleship practices that steward the conditions for a disciple-making movement to take place .
