The Isaan region is the poorest region of Thailand , with many people struggling under the weight of debt . This is a long-term role that will involve initiating the team ’ s community development work in Isaan . This role will suit applicants who are excited to invest time in relationships with Isaan people and who are passionate about working alongside communities to bring the Gospel holistically .
