Cause An Effect is a nonprofit, cause-related content creation company, with a
mission to transform perspectives about disabilities and persons with special needs
and to build a more peaceful, productive and inclusive society. It aims to improve
the quality of life for people with disabilities in T&T.
In Trinidad and Tobago, persons with disabilities and special needs are at a great
disadvantage because the system and the environment do not cater to them
efficiently. Policy and legislation, the key drivers of equal opportunity and inclusion
do not exist and as such, a great opportunity to create a more productive and
inclusive society remains on the table.
Cause An Effect wants to build empathy and equality. Our long term goals include
building sustainable assisted living and work communities where persons who are
moderate to severely disabled, can still live their best lives and feel fulfilled.
