Performing was just a way to have fun and to pass time. His early influences came from Ninjaman, Capleton and Wayne Wonder as he was a big fan of dancehall music. After having the added influence of artists such as Andy, Ajala, KMC, Machel Montano and others to learn from and to build upon, he worked on his craft with dedication and hard work. He later migrated to the U.S and became a member of  The Request Band which he’s now the band leader and lead vocalist. In 1998, Rayzor and a few artist from Port of Spain formed a group called the XTREMISTS. Under the guidance of a local “Soca Michael Jackson” impersonator Andy Stephenson, Rayzor made the transition from dancehall and became a Soca Artist. He is best know for past mega hits like “SPONSOR MEH” The Cooler Fete Anthem and Summer Mega Hit which in 2013 won him the Soca Award for “Best US Based Song” alongside the biggest North American Soca Collaboration “BESS FETE” which was done together with bandmate Leonce.  Rayzor is destined for greatness and it shows as he continues to work hard with his band to spread Soca music in to the masses worldwide. His 2016 release GYAL DROP DAT on the “Warn Dem Riddim” is an energetic party starter for the Ladies.
