etter fr t e Dire t r Bittersweet This semester is bittersweet in a number of ways. Some of the best things about this semester come by way of our programming including celebrating the th Anniversary of ev. r. Martin Luther ing’s last visit to a college campus happened at Manchester, then, College . e celebrated another successful iteration of the International air, celebrating the diversity and culture present in this community. e welcomed a new staff addition to the family in Tammy Barber Assistant irector of Intercultural Services SO , and we also saw Manchester University International Association recognized as Student Organization of the Year at the annual Student Leadership eception in April. This semester we say oodbye to several of our international friends we’ve had at the Center for a short period of time or those who have spent their undergraduate career with us. It is also the time we close the chapter in the book of the Intercultural Center and begin to write a new one. This is the last semester we will spend at the . College Ave address and move to the . College Avenue address at the beginning of the - academic year. To sum up all of this in a phrase, I would say Sweet ndings, ew Beginnings. e hope you enjoy this issue of OMAzing. Looking forward to the memories we will create in the new Jean Childs Young Intercultural Center starting all .
