Mexico beats Brazil

Mexico celebrated their first Olympic gold medal in men's soccer beating Brazil, who was the favorite for this competition.

Oribe Peralta scored only 29 seconds before ending, adding a second goal that gave Mexico the victory 2-1.

He was the one who added the 2 goals that give Mexico the victory, but we also have to recognized that without his complete team: his teammates, coach, etc this couldn’t be realized.

The first goal taked place when the Brazilian defense was distracted and Peralta get the oportunity and sent a low right-footed shot inside the near post. This goal broke the record of the fastest Olympic goal since 1976.

The last second goal that Peralta added was with a firm header off after a free kick of Marco Fabian.

"it was a honor for a coach to see his players singing the national anthem with gold medals around their necks"
