PRICE: Average and median sale prices declined compared to 2024’ s figures. The median sale price in June was $ 440,000, down 2.2 % from last June. The average sale price dropped 1.2 % year-over-year to $ 556,500.
SUPPLY: Atlanta area housing inventory totaled 20,582 units in June, an increase of 36.8 % from June 2024. New listings totaled 8,871, up 7.4 % year-over-year but down 8.4 % from the previous month. The month’ s supply over a 12-month period rose to 4.6 months, indicating a continued improvement in overall housing availability.
