Farmer’s Branch doesn’t have much to do with farming anymore! With major highways conveniently bordering this beautiful community, Farmers Branch has become one of the most fast-paced, energetic areas in the Metroplex. The city is located 10 minutes from DFW International Airport.

With a population of over 215,000, the city of Garland provides residents with many opportunities for recreation including Lake Ray Hubbard, three golf courses and 2,218 acres of city parks. Businesses in Garland enjoy many incentives including utility discounts, development grants and permit waivers.

Mesquite has a population of over 130,000 and has long been known as the “Rodeo Capital of Texas”. Mesquite is also known for its quality lifestyles, neighborhoods and schools.

Rockwall, while not actually in Dallas County, is one of the fastest growing communities in North Texas. Residents enjoy the areas lakes and over 300 acres of parkland and natural open space.
