DARE TO DREAM
Isaiah 43:19 Behold I will do a new thing!
We all have times in our lives when we say, “Dear Lord there has to be something
better than this!” Maybe it’s time for a new job, a new car, a new motorcycle, or
even a new start at life. Life never seems to remain in neutral very long. You are
either taking new ground or losing what you had.
The book of Isaiah gives us insight into this scenario. He says not to remember the
past or consider the things of old. Don’t keep looking in your past for your future!
What’s done is done – good or bad – it’s time to move on. Don’t relish over past
victories or continue to cry over past failures. “Behold I will do a new thing and now
it will begin to happen” is what the Lord says.
Even when you can’t see a way out, Christ is working behind the scenes so you
can win at life! He is a God Who makes a way where there is no way. Nothing is
too difficult for Him — dare to dream what your life could be! Let Christ do a new
work in you — He has an outrageous plan for your life! Don’t get distracted — dare
to believe your best days are still ahead of you. Don’t settle for second best, go for
God’s best, go for the gold!
Success often comes to those
who dare to act. It seldem goes
to the timid who are ever afraid
of the consequences.
