Bedouin Shrine Poker Run
rolls through Muskogee

Shriners in their effort to raise money
to help sick and injured children isn’t
enough — the poker run offers a payout
of more than $4000 in cash and prizes.
The stops for this year’s Poker Run will
be CJ’s Country Bar, Cookson
Village, The Hideaway Bar and
Grill, and Jamesville Y Bar (say hi
to Clint for us!). Folks, this is a beautiful
scenic ride across Cherokee and
Muskogee Counties and up around Lake
Tenkiller. If you haven’t ridden this ride in
the past you are in for an awesome time!
Each June the Bedouin Shriners
in Muskogee holds the Bedouin
Shrine Poker Run to help raise
The ride starts and ends at the Bedouin
money to transport children to the
Shrine Temple located at 201 S. 6 th in
Shriners Hospitals for Children. Muskogee. Registration is from 9-11
a.m. with last bike in at 5:30 p.m. Cash
and prizes will be awarded beginning
The Shriners Hospitals is a network of
22 non-profit medical facilities across
North America. Children with orthopedic
conditions, burns, spinal cord injuries,
and cleft lip and palate are eligible for
care and receive all services in a family-
centered environment, regardless of the
patients’ ability to pay.
