The Starbird Show this year was incredible. The Rockin’ Billy Bash was my
favored area of the show. However, receiving a tetanus shot prior to going to
the lower level of the Expo Center might have been a good idea. I got to see
several of my old friends whom I had not seen for several years. Catching
up and listening to their stories was the highlight of the event. Most of those
friends have cut their hair and beards, so many were difficult to recognize.
I am still trying to understand how John R. got from Hawg Holler to scuba
diving, but I guess that will be another story.
