Dear OJCL,
Thank you all for an amazing winter season. the JCL Communiity truly has rallied back strong since COVID has taken over our past two years. I believe that with this continued dedication and persistence we truly can develop as a state in many ways. To everyone who has recently joined OJCL and to the middle schoolers and freshman, you are the future of the JCL Community and it is your duty to lead OJCL in the coming future.. To all of you taking the time to read through this edition of the OJCL Torch, I thank you and I leave you with this simple and well-known phrase:
