For this piece, I decided to take the Narcissus figure from the painting and overlay it into my nature photo. With a free online photo editor (Pixlr.com) and a few YouTube tutorials, I created this... STEP FOUR: Choose a medium. The Photoshop wasn’t perfect, but don’t worry. One can see that this is a going to be a complicated piece with a lot of color variety and detail. I decided upon acrylic paints as I was relatively familiar with them and had some on hand. I could have also probably done pastels, colored pencil, or ink. Make sure you check the Graphic Art guidelines to make sure your medium is legal. 33
