STEP ONE:
Find a myth or story that you like. Since I am not a
mythology wizard, I just browse the interwebs until I
find an interesting myth that sparks my imagination.
For this piece, I chose the myth of Narcissus and Echo.
STEP TWO:
Find images to help you
out in your process. In my
research, I first came
across a relatively famous
painting of Narcissus and
Echo by an artist named
Waterhouse. In looking
through my camera roll, I
found a nature photo I
took while hiking in rural
Ohio. Remember to try
and get as many original
photos as you can.
