Ex imo pectore (from the bottom of my
heart):
Possibly the most heartfelt of the valedictions, “ex
imo pectore” is a nice phrase for anyone who
needs to give sincere thanks to someone else.
Ave atque vale (hail and farewell):
More put together than “vale” but not quite as
extra as “cura ut valeas,” "ave atque vale” is the
perfect middle ground between simple and
extravagant.
Cura ut valeas (take care so that you may
be well):
Used by Cicero himself, this valediction is sure to
look amazing in any e-mail you send to anyone.
Definitely a few steps up from “vale.”
