Leader (points and faces another state): We got spirit, yes we do,
we got spirit, how 'bout you?
Other state: We got spirit, yes we do, we got spirit, how ‘bout you?
All: We got spirit, yes we do, we got spirit, how ‘bout you!?
All: We got more! We got more! We got more! (do this until other
state gives up)
These are not all of Ohio’s cheers, but they are some
of the most common and most important to know. Study
these for nationals and Ohio will be on our way to first
place in spirit! If you know of any cheers that you would
like to see Ohio utilize at nationals, or have created some
original cheers that adhere to a specific day’s spirit theme,
look out for an announcement about the Google Form
where I will be accepting cheer submissions.
