North region delegates T-posing to assert their satisfaction in cleaning Hubbard Valley Help the JCL Go Green! North Gubernator Emma Davis, Medina Salvete earth-loving amici! As members from Ohio we can all relate to the ever-changing weather. Here, we can easily experience all four seasons in one day, and that’s (absurdly) totally normal! Climate change is an issue that affects us all, which is why I believed it would be a fantastic unifying service event for the OJCL. Thus, I hosted a park cleanup on May 19th at Hubbard Valley for my spring service event. It was a wonderful opportunity to build chapter relations, as well as to aid the environment.  My chapter met in the late morning, officially starting our cleaning mission at 10AM, but keeping with the likeness of Pyramus, a few of our members were late. Fortunately, there was no grotesque end or penalty for lateness in OUR reality, unlike Ovid's world (I tease!) Our course of action was to take a group picture, assign groups and areas, then split up until lunch! The entire experience was wonderful. We felt as if we made a difference, and the park look infinitely better after we left. 22
