As always I feel that the greatest barrier to public use is the fear of sharing roadways w/ motorized traffic. Any area where a recreational trail can have separate access and structure from the roadways is more likely to be utilized by casual users. Q10: What do you feel is the most important opportunity or challenge for this section of the Louisville Loop route? Traffic and existing infrastructure.
