Jerome Brown’s career took off when people became curious about the chef that all the celebs were raving about. Jerome “Chef Rome” Brown has the ability to master any dish. In 2000 Brown created Chef to the Stars, a placement service that successfully positioned more than 75 Chefs into celebrity homes.

In the same way, Chef Rome has shared his passion for cooking with a variety of A-list entertainers, dignitaries, and professional athletes. His client list includes Colin Powell, Shaquille O’Neal, Priscilla Presley, Starr Jones and much more. Conversely, Chef Rome is working on a new show concept with actor Denise Boutte. Denise Boutte is known for her appearance in the Tyler Perry’s film, Why Did I Get Married?

Chef Rome plans to release his second book Carolina Soul that allows him to get back to his North Carolina roots. In North Carolina, as a teen, Brown spent endless hours engrossed in the expertise of his mentors at Gardner’s BBQ. Brown was a quick study in the kitchen; to be exact brown was a natural. Carolina Soul is about healthy cooking as Brown says, “healthy and [always] delicious.” Additionally, Brown regularly shares his expertise as well as participates in national discussions on popular health and lifestyle hot topic ranging from energy boosting foods to cooking techniques.
