I’ve been producing fitness and healthy lifestyle magazines for
over a decade now, and in that time I’ve had the pleasure of
meeting a lot of awesome people along the way. But without a
doubt, one of the most impressive athletes I’ve come across
during this time is the man gracing the cover of this month’s
edition. His is Matt Levy, OAM.
We all have experience challenges in life, and they say that a true
testament of our strength of character is how we respond to such
adversity. Matt Levy is one person who has repeatedly demonstrated
an iron will to succeed and a true grit to not only survive, but to
thrive! I am confident you’ll enjoy learning about Matt’s journey as
much as we have.
With October upon us, I also hope you’re experiencing some renewed
energy and motivation. While the weather in spring is often a bit
unpredictable, I encourage you to keep an eye out for opportunities
for movement, that come your way. Spot some sunshine? Get out for
a walk! Rain looks imminent? Try and outrun it with a quick sprint
around the block! Hailstorms approaching? Head to the gym and
bunker down for an indoor workout. Seek out the opportunities to be
active and come summer, you’ll be fitter than you expect!
