to concede to the flurry of marketing
from the spring detoxes and cleanses on
the market, I want you to remember the
following.

Your body has a thing called a 'liver'. It's
kind of unsightly to look at, but it
undertakes a very important job called
'detoxification'.

a specific reason by a medical professional;
but this really is the only time a 'detox'
should be undertaken.

Sometimes, the liver needs a little help –
particularly
after
heavy
alcohol
consumption,
over-the-counter
(or
otherwise)
drug
use,
fatty
food
If you want to feel better about yourself
this season, then quit with the overindulging and get back to basics.
Walk more.
Eat more vegetables (green leafy).
Eat some fruit.
Drink a tonne of water.
Allow yourself to get hungry
intermittently throughout the day (you
won't die if you get hungry).
You've probably noticed, common sense
prevails here. Save your money and
preserve your health with a sensible health
regime, people!
