OH! MAGAZINE TAKES BRONZE IN AUSMUMPRENEUR AWARDS I am delighted to announce that at the recent 2015 Ausmumpreneur Awards OH! Magazine received the bronze award in the Digital Innovation category. It was our first experience attending the annual Ausmumpreneur Conference and Awards Night, and we were not disappointed. Being among two hundred innovative, business-savvy women all generously sharing their ideas, success stories and war wounds, left me feeling inspired, energised and proud to be a working mum. Monica Meldrum, co-founder of Whole Kids (healthy snack foods) received the highest honour of the night. In her acceptance speech she indicated that the combined income from the eight finalists in her category alone, contributed more than ten million dollars to the Australian economy. It was very clear from the goings on at this event, that women in business mean business! This was confirmed by the presence and involvement of the former Federal Minister for Small Business, Bruce Billson who was a highlight of the Awards Ceremony thanks to his heartfelt speech in appreciation of the efforts and successes of all the women in the room.
