CONGRATULATIONS
Thanks so much to the readers who took the time to send us their feedback.
We really appreciate it and congratulations, this month, goes to David from NSW, who is now the lucky winner
of the F&D Swan Bluetooth Wireless Mobile Speaker System.
“OH! You’ve done it again. A constant source of information and great ideas. I will definitely be
watching my alcohol intake after reading the article ‘‘The News About Booze’ by Dr Joanna
McMillan. The more I learn, the more I can burn! Thanks OH!” - David
I loved your article about Miss Chu. After reading it I
went to her Facebook page... Next stop, her tuckshop! I’m a
supporter! Vietna m’s loss is Australia’s gain! So let’s hear
more about these inspirational people. Thanks OH!
Magazine.

OH my! You can tell poor health to ‘beet it!’ I loved this
article. After reading it I now have an abundance of
beetroot at home, ready for the morning-beet-smoothie
and after drinking it, I feel more alert, attentive, focused
and ready to take on the day with clarity.
Lucas
Your mag is entertaining. It has a bit of everything and
leaves you feeling positive about what you are going to do
next. Thanks for the read.

The whole magazine is awesome. My wife and I both
enjoy the whole thing; the layout and the flow using an
iPad is smooth and fast.

Having fun reading this magazine! Very well put together.
The news about booze section was very informative and a
bit scary. I suggest Australians in general are way over
the top in consu mption with the younger generation
having their 2 standard drinks a day, all on Fridays and
Saturdays leaving their livers in a poor state. Keep up the
great work.
Henry
It would be good to see articles on parents exercising with
their children and recipes that encourage kids to help
their parents cook and eat. If we look at the younger
generation today, it’s not looking very healthy. Mothers
need to be aware that they can be ‘selfish’ for an hour a
day and do something for themselves (e.g., exercise) so
that they can handle the demands of daily life easier.
Keep up the good work. I love reading OH! Magazine
each month.
Julie
