A quick and simple recipe that will
leave you feeling a little less guilty
about indulging your sweet tooth,
this deliciously smooth and yummy
chocolate mousse contains avocado
– who would have thought?
The result is a beautiful dessert
that is high in quality fats (from
the avocado and coconut cream)
and contains medium chain fatty
acids, which are used by the body
for energy.
1 large avocado
½ cup coconut cream
1/3 cup cacao powder
3 tablespoons maple syrup
How to make it:
1. Place all ingredients into high powered
food processor and blend thoroughly until
smooth.
2. Serve into ramekins and garnish with
Goji berries, or enjoy exactly as is!
