Listen, I know there can be a little bit of stigma around pedal-
assisted electric bikes, but after spending some time with one, I

Absolutely, they should not replace a non-powered ride of
someone who already bikes, but they certainly can have a very
special place among people who have, for whatever reason, been
out of the exercise game but who are ready to get back into it.
eBikes are also ideal for folks who might like to try bike riding
– especially mountain biking – because they take the hard work
out of the journey, leaving just the really fun parts; which is a
great introduction to a new sport.
They also make an awesome commuter option fr when you need
to zip down the street or up the road; again, purely because
they’re super fun to ride and require minimal physical exertion,
even up the steepest of inclines.
