Anderson’s Top Tips:
1. Place your chosen ribs on a large roasting pan and season
with salt and pepper.
2. Pre-heat the oven at 180ºC and slow cook the ribs for three
to four hours, until they are tender and juicy.
3. Fire up the BBQ, as Anderson believes charcoal is the best
way to capture that great smokey flavour.
4. Remove the ribs and baste with Hurricane’s Grill secret
basting sauce.
5. Place ribs on the BBQ for four minutes each side, and then
rebaste the ribs with Hurricane’s Grill original basting
sauce. BBQ for an additional two minutes.
