We use the Exercise Multi to help fuel energy for our workouts, as well as Magnesium to support muscle health, relieve cramps and support our body by helping it rest deeply and recover quickly, so we can train at an optimum level. How do you overcome the days when you just do not want to train? Will: My mind is focused on the goal of winning – as a competitive individual, this makes up a lot of the basis for my whole lifestyle. Not wanting to train is always a tough situation, but we are fortunate that in a team of three (myself Mat and our coach), we always have a bit of extra motivation and responsibility to each other to train, even when we don’t feel like it. With the added incentive of the upcoming Olympic Games, we want to make our supporters and fellow Australians proud of our performance and attitude. Having the chance to share aspects of training with friends also often adds some motivation and provides variety. Mat: That’s why I love being in a twoperson boat – I can’t afford to let my partner down. There is too much at stake so this is motivation enough for me. I really enjoy sailing with Will – we are equally very competitive. What advice do you have for young Australians who want to take their sailing hobby to the next level? Mat: For those who are already sailing and want to race more, spend as much time with the top guys who are winning your races – it’s a great way to learn more and improve your performance. But ab
