THIS MAGAZINE IS PRODUCED BY: INSPIRED BY A CHAMPION I hadn't heard of Belle Brockhoff until I attended a Gym Click Media event last year called #GymTalk, which brought together some of the leading and most innovative suppliers of services and products in the fitness industry. Belle had just been signed on as Gym Click Media's first athlete in their formal Sponsorship Program, and I was fortunate enough to spend some time with this extremely impressive and inspiring young woman, before she delivered her first formal presentation. Anyway, to cut a long story short, our fun-filled chat resulted in her appearing in this issue, providing us all with a wee glimpse into what it takes to be a successful elite athlete these days. At the time of publishing, Belle is unexpectedly facing a new challenge after having undergone ACL surgery right in the midst of her training for the Winter Olympic Games in February. But, in true Belle form she's using the situation as a motivator, rather than a dampner, and it doesn't appear to have dented her ambition to secure a place on the gold medal dias in PyeongChang. We wish Belle and all the Winter Olympic athletes the very best of luck next month. Trust us, if anyone can recover from this hiccup in time, and score a winning place it's Belle!
