( OH YUM ) CARROT STICKS WITH HUMMUS DIP Swisse nutritionist Sherree Banh provides this tasty recipe for a healthy summer snack. What you’ll need 400g no-salt-added chickpeas, rinsed and drained 2 garlic cloves, crushed ½ cup water ¼ cup tahini 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil Carrot sticks, to serve How to make them: 1. Place chickpeas and garlic in a food processor. 2. Pulse five times or until chopped. 3. Add water and the remaining ingredients. 4. Pulse until well blended. 5. Serve with carrot sticks.
