These yummy treats from Australian Bananas are fantastic to make for children’s summer parties, and are vegan, gluten and sugar free. Makes: 6 popsicles Preparation time: 15 minutes Time to set: Overnight or until frozen What you’ll need: 2 ripe bananas, mashed 1 can of coconut milk 2 tablespoons shredded coconut www.glenncardwell.com BANANA AND COCONUT MILK POPS GLENN CARDWELL How to make it: 1. Place the mashed banana into your chosen popsicle molds to the half way mark, freeze for an hour or until set. 2. Fill the remaining space with the coconut milk and sprinkle with shredded coconut. Freeze overnight. 3. To remove popsicles from molds, run under hot water for ten seconds. Option: This recipe is 100 per cent sugar free, however, if you prefer something slightly sweeter, mix the banana and coconut milk together with 2 tablespoons of honey, top with shredded coconut and freeze.
