GET INTO THE 'FOR FITNESS SAKE' CHALLENGE Here's how to improve your fitness while you help raise vital funds to support children with a disability or developmental delay. or Fitness Sake is a virtual event that runs from 1 to 10 March. Organised by House with No Steps, all funds raised support House with No Steps' programs and services. F In 2018, For Fitness Sake is raising funds for House with No Steps’ Early Childhood Intervention, which is specialised support for infants and young children with a disability or developmental delay, and their families. These vital services promote development, wellbeing and community participation for children with a disability. How to join the challenge About House with No Steps • Step 1: sign up for FREE online at https://forfitnesssake.com.au and commit to move yourself 50km or 100km in 10 days. As one of Australia’s leading disability service providers, House With No Steps is dedicated to empowering the people we support to live life on their terms. • Step 2: choose any combination of exercises to complete the challenge, such as walking, running, cycling or swimming. • Step 3: Get moving. Log your kilometres using your smartphone or Fitbit to reach your fitness goals. The organisation supports people to realise their goals and dreams, whether it's moving out of home, finding a job they love, or becoming active members of the community.
