OH! wow, what a refreshing and enjoyable read OH!
Magazine is. I love your article titled ‘Sounds of Silence’
by JW Gale. I was that inspired reading it, that I added
Vipassana meditation to my bucket list – it sounds
amazing! Thank you OH! Magazine.
Awesome issue with great recipes that I will be trying! As
a PT myself it’s great to keep updated on the newest
studies and information. Some of the getaway places I
will put on my list to go. Thanks again, always great info.

ISSUE 7 ( OH! MAGAZINE )
What always surprises me about OH! Mag is
how professional it is considering it is totally
FREE! Great information on things to do from
Bali to Switzerland, and then as close to home
as the Gong and the Blue Mountains – all to
keep fit and healthy. Thanks for making it
interesting. One suggestion is that it would be
great to do a weight loss challenge in each
gym. People could weigh in once a week, do
extra classes etc for 6 weeks. Something along
those lines but something that people like me
need to keep variety, challenge, team work and
participation. Sonya, NSW
