GRILLED PRAWNS
WITH GARLIC, CHILLI,
OREGANO AND COCONUT
What you’ll need
Prawns (in the shells)
Coconut oil
Fresh and dried oregano
Chilli
Lemon zest
Chopped garlic
How to make it
• Leaving the shell on, split each of
your prawns lengthways, down the
back.
• Mix coconut oil with the fresh and
dried oregano, chilli, lemon zest and
chopped garlic.
• Season with salt and pepper, then
brush the mixture over the flesh of the
prawns.
• Place the prawns shell-side down
onto the BBQ, frying pan or hotplate.
• Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on the shell
side, then flip them over for about 30
seconds to finish them off.
• Serve with lemon wedges.
• Enjoy!
