PETE EVANS www.peteevans.com.au ( OH YUM ) youtu.be/-ZJbBiScSyE GRILLED PRAWNS WITH GARLIC, CHILLI, OREGANO AND COCONUT What you’ll need Prawns (in the shells) Coconut oil Fresh and dried oregano Chilli Lemon zest Chopped garlic How to make it • Leaving the shell on, split each of your prawns lengthways, down the back. • Mix coconut oil with the fresh and dried oregano, chilli, lemon zest and chopped garlic. • Season with salt and pepper, then brush the mixture over the flesh of the prawns. • Place the prawns shell-side down onto the BBQ, frying pan or hotplate. • Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on the shell side, then flip them over for about 30 seconds to finish them off. • Serve with lemon wedges. • Enjoy!
