circuit training secrets to help you achieve superior results.
he truth is, I’ve been jumping
around in lycra for a few years
now. And over that time I must have done
almost every exercise modality on offer,
from dance classes to marathons,
hardcore weight training, to Bikram yoga.
I’ve always thought that variety in
exercise regimes is the best way to keep
training interesting, so I have no regrets.
And the one thing I’ve learned from all
these experiences is that there really is no
one right way, when it comes to exercise.
This said, if I was stranded on a desert
island and there was only one exercise
option, for me the choice would be
simple: circuit training.
For those of you who haven’t
experienced circuit training, it’s based on
the principle of doing a series of exercises
one immediately after the other, with little
or no rest between each one. You then
repeat the circuit, but you do get to take
a short break before doing so.
