f wellness is the combination of physical and mental
wellbeing, then it makes sense that we need to address
both in order to really live life to the full.
There is a great deal of available information to help us be
physically well. We know that we should eat correctly, exercise
regularly, keep stress to manageable levels, get sufficient good
quality sleep, and hydrate. Simple? You’d think so. But the truth
is that it’s not necessarily easy to accomplish, because knowing
what we have to do is not actually the same as doing it. But at
least we have an idea of where to start!
