CHOW MEIN
BY MINGLE SEASONING
Enjoy a weeknight dish that is packed with a rainbow of veggies and
flavours. The combo of curry powder and tamari makes for a
delicious meal, and it’s all thanks to Mingle Seasoning.
How to make it:
1. Saute the onion in the coconut oil until soft.
2. Add the chicken mince, zucchini, curry powder and Siena
garlic and herb seasoning, and brown.
3. Add the cabbage and cook for two to three minutes or until
just tender.
4. Serve with pea sprouts and fresh chilli.
What you’ll need:
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 brown onion, diced
500g chicken mince
1 zucchini, diced
1 tablespoon of Mingle’s Siena Garlic and Herb
2 tablespoons Tamari
1 tablespoon curry powder
¼ purple cabbage thinly sliced
Pea sprouts, to serve
Chilli, to serve (optional)
