Paul’s mission is to educate, motivate and encourage young people and their grown ups to get up off the couch and to enjoy sport and physical activity on a regular basis. When you read what these guys have been up to, you can’t help but feel inspired. The thing is, every person has a story of their own, which can offer some level of inspiration to the world. So why don’t you take the time to notice the achievements of others, acknowledge and praise the effort that they’ve invested, and give someone you know who has achieved a goal or overcome a challenge, a much-deserved pat on the back. You might be suprised how motivating it can be for the recipient, and you might also be surprised by how inspired you feel just for recognising what they’ve accomplished.
